Tonight marks my 14th month of negative pregnancy tests. It just so happens that today also marks the day that I almost lost my faith. Our fertility doctor had given us hope for this month, and right now hope is everything to us. The test, however, was negative.

Part of this journey is the loneliness- feeling like I’m the only person in the world who has ever gone through this. I watch friends and acquaintances get pregnant on accident, see people on the news who abuse their children, and babies being thrown away and aborted for the sake of convenience. All the while I have pleaded and cried and prayed to God for a child. I’m so sorry that others are out there suffering like I am, but at the same time, its nice to know I’m not alone. I hope you get your miracle!
